Garten Residence

On this historical site where Ulysses S. Grant spent many days training his Arabian Horses a new master plan was developed to capture the landscape, as it was experience in the days of President Grant. New entrance and vehicular circulation patterns were developed to create the access that was envisioned through the original master plan of the property yet enhanced to accommodate the need for motor vehicles as well as horse drawn carriages.
The rear of the property was improved with newer amenities not seen in the Grants hay day such as a new pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and patios areas. The original rose garden adjacent to this magnificent castle was restored to its original configuration with rose bushes blooming from early spring to late October.
