Bronxville Nature Preserve

A master plan was developed to regain an overall organization of the site. The creation of the great meadows, a bird sanctuary and a series of natural pedestrian walks help to bring together the ideas driven by the community.
The park, which sits among the city blocks, takes advantage of the large open space, the heart of the community. Special attention was placed upon developing ideas for the special interest groups that had a strong desire of “bringing the natural elements to an urban setting.” Special dog walks; naturalistic plant gardens and charming forest walks have been created.
