The abandon Grand Union distribution center located in Mt. Kisco, New York under went a series of planning board, architectural review board and local zoning board approvals for the complete site renovations. The renovations included a new parking lot layout, site lighting, planting, screening and a new soccer field to be used by the town. Multiple photometric plans were developed for planning board approval to help minimize the impact of over lighted parking areas and reduce the amount of ambient light produced.
