The master plan for this 600-acre campus involves assessment of vehicular and pedestrian circulation and access, evaluation of potential building sites, and definition of a logical campus. The project also includes conversion of a dormitory building into a state-of-the-art science, math and art facility and various athletic field renovations.

The abandon Grand Union distribution center located in Mt. Kisco, New York under went a series of planning board, architectural review board and local zoning board approvals for the complete site renovations. The renovations included a new parking lot layout, site lighting, planting, screening and a new soccer field to be used by the town. [...]
